Esoteric Update #67 - The Modding API Strikes Back

The API is done. Over 200 distinct entries, some of which contain details of variants. In other words, I severely underestimated the size of my API, saying it should only have some 200 distinct instructions total.

I posted some previews of this, by that time still a work in progress, last week. This week the only thing that changed is the volume of options among filters... and the results they give.

However, in the process of confirming some things for the API, I noticed a few issues related to caching and file access. These issues were promptly fixed. I've also indulged myself in adding a new little instruction for the engine in the form of another shorthand loop.

Now I'm going back to what I said I want to have done for the next version. In the meantime, a modified version of the current build, along with the API is available on Discord.
