Esoteric Update NaNoWriMo Done - Well, Almost...

Ok, update time. Here's some lore:

And now for the update itself. In short: the novel is done, at least to the best of what I can do within one month and a little bit. The little bit is going towards cleaning it up (editing and formatting the text), and that's about 75% done right now. Ultimately, the writing was a bit uneven, and I ended up with a text closer to 60k words if you take into account things like chapter titles and the cover letter.

My plan is to release it next week after I finish editing it and get it through a few people for a test read. However, my goal is also to just continue working on the game now, so the next update will be a regular one. And I'll see what I can do. Please take into account, though, that I'm going halfway across the country this week, so I might have less time than usual to work on anything.

That said, there's a good chance I'll at least have some new mechanics ready. And maybe something new to show off from the bar since that's still what I'll be developing.

I would like to speak a bit more about how I feel, both in terms of my physical and emotional health, but I'll spare that for a different time. The long and short of it is that I feel a lot better compared to a month ago in terms of emotional health, but my physical health still isn't that great. And do keep in mind my emotional health being better doesn't mean it's good, but I doubt there's much more I can do about it.

The novel writing was refreshing, and I can only hope people will enjoy it as some content to bide them over until we can get into the swing of things.
